The fourth quarter is traditionally the most demanding period of the year for field teams. Ambitious targets, increased pressure, and tight timelines require flawless execution and strong coordination.
For Sales House Group, Q4 was defined by close collaboration across multiple projectteams and brands. One of the strongest year-end performances was achieved through the partnership with Procter & Gamble, under the leadership of Milan Valášek.
During the final quarter, the team successfully delivered 18.043 weekly pallet display placements, making a significant contribution to the achievement of the overall annual targets. In addition, the Christmas gift pack activation exceeded expectations, closing the period at 107% of target.
These results mark a historical milestone for the project. The outstanding performance was recognized not only internally within Sales House Group, but also by the client, underlining the quality and impact of the execution.
