We have set up a fully functional executive system for P&G for all their brands. The proposed fully outsourced model manages all activities in the modern and traditional market throughout the CZ and SK regions. The agency was tasked with recruiting, selecting and hiring the entire sales team, creating motivation for individual positions and reporting structure. We currently cover more than 1,200 stores through more than 250 team members. The result of this setup already brings significant achievements of this collaboration such as more than 40% increase in custom secondary placements versus plan, a highly motivational setup model and 1 team spirit.
