Competition in the retail industry is fierce and fast moving. In the face of shifting generational preferences and stay presence into the market, our client decided to set up startegical obejectives to maximizes the aesthetics of a product with the intent to increase sales. It could also play a role in the look, feel and culture of a brand. SSI Belgium built a team of 40 merchandisers to ensure the optimal presence of Mondelez products throughout the year in the F1 and F2 retail network.

We were  responsible to fill up the shelves and install various advertising materials within specific areas . All visits to the store were tracked and listed via PDA and recorded into out tracking system to follow all the single analysis and statistics LIVE through different devices .Most importantly, it drew customers in and close the sale – all based on the aesthetic quality of your retail display. The campaign has been perfromed within the markets in Belgium and Luxembourg in the right channel, at the right time, for the right price. .
