GSK CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

the aim of this project is to increase Pharmacies Loyalty to GSK company, to raise the company’s Revenue and to increase the visibility for nonprescription drugs, throughout the Implementation of Category Management. SSI Greece planned and implemented to pharmacies the Category management project. In the first stage retail developer visit the pharmacy and discuss with the pharmacist their need.

The retail developers also took several pictures from the pharmacy in order to analyze their space and come back to the pharmacist with proposals . In the next stage SSI Greece receives the planogram from GSK. The planograms are designed by IRI and it is customized for each pharmacy.

Once we receive the planogram we book an appointment with the pharmacist and implement the Category Management. We implement various types of Pop material such as shelf talkers, crowns, floor stickers and customized materials such as windows stickers & light boxes.

Gsk Category management implemented to approximately 1.000 pharmacists. The 80% of the pharmacists have maintained the planogram, and they have increased in their revenues from impulse purchases 14%.
