Brandwise maintains a large portfolio of sales services in various channels which can be deployed both tactical and strategic. Our portfolio allows manufacturers to develop POS outlets that otherwise would be out of reach. For example, if a manufacturer does not maintain an internal salesforece or if the channel requires a specific approach that does not fit with the salesforce set up.

For Kellogg´s a salesdrive was realized in the hotel channel. Aim was to expand the distribution for the brands Kellogg´s and Pringles. Through the F&B Manager the breakfast buffet and snack moment were claimed in the various hotels.

For the sales drive the expertise of Brandwise was used for the most effective setup:
1) Selection of hotel addresses with classification of potential
2) Recruitment and training of sales team
3) Set up of execution for most effective outcome
4) KPI management and target benchmarking

After a compact execution period the resulting orders were combined. Brandwise compiled the order data and performed a quality check. Upon completion the orders were digitally send to Kellogg´s. Optionally, Brandwise would oversee the correct distribution of orders to the respective wholesalers.
