Our objective was to develop sales and merchandising activities, in a universe of Top Stores, that need to be visited and tracked for in‐store execution metrics.

Team fully managed at account, sales, merchandising, training, reporting and logistics level.

Main goals of activities are to increase sales, train store staff and promoters, inform and present HP products to stores, establish real partnership and relation with store managers, detect in store issues or opportunities, maximize display share, increase market share, collect data and report daily activities.

Average of 476 visits by month done in 122 stores and Database Management for 238 stores.
