The members of our executive team have a vast experience in FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors and have held different positions of responsibility in marketing and sales. We have a team made up of over 170 sales representatives among our different projects. In addition, our staff turnover is very low. We offer nationwide coverage (including The Balearic and The Canary Islands). Our values are honesty, hard work, and enthusiasm for all our projects. We build up partnerships with our clients to grow together.

We adjust the staff’s profiles to the project needs. The selection process is carried out together with our partners AdQualis, who have more than 15 years of expertise in recruiting and selecting sales profiles. Initial personalized training of all of our sales teams in Externalia’s methodology and continuous monitoring by our coordinators. Online, individualized monitoring of the objectives of the sales representatives through our balanced scorecard. Our goal remains constant: To make every visit profitable!

All of our sales teams work with Vincle’s SalesWare® system. For more than 20 years, Vincle has offered solutions to sale processes automation to FMCG and pharmaceutical companies. This tool aids our sales representatives in planning their routes, by setting specific goals for each visit and giving them relevant information about the POS… Every action is oriented towards maximizing the time spent to turn it into upsell. In order to monitor our sales teams’ results, we offer our clients an on-line scorecard (KPIs) to guide sales management’s decision making.
